Build a game (multiplayer in iOS and Android)

Need iOS version first then android later. There are two opponents in the game, each start with a object, the game is turn-based. The aim of the game is to launch the object via swipe on top (or overlapping) of the opponent’s object, in which the winner can claim the loser’s object. (Multiplayer only, single player mode does not store data) The game will be available for one player against AI (beginner, normal, hard) as well as multiplayer (connect via wireless, Bluetooth or web with invite friends feature) The game once downloaded will go to the main menu with options of: Single Player Multiplayer (Require player sign-up) and web integration to store profile data Client/Principle/Producer ‘s responsibilities include: • Providing the product specifications • Providing the User Interface models • Provide ongoing guidance during production phase • Provide a host server • Provide testers Developer’s responsibilities include: • Coding of the application including all mechanisms in the job brief • Graphic design and provision of all visual elements of the application accordingly to graphic interface. The graphical elements should be self-created or sourced lawfully • Providing all bug fixes post production up to 3 months • Allow reasonable changes (no more than 20% of the production time paid, this excludes bug fixes) • Provide testing environment previous to the appstore • Ensure the app is fully accepted by the appstore, including submission Developer’s notes: You must provide portfolio of your own, not from others (or only part of the project you worked on) I am a first time game producer although I have produced apps and other software before. You must be prepared to work with an inexperienced game producer and provide guidance Payment: I can place all the milestones on freelancer up front but do not ask me to release payments before any work has been completed. I need proof that you can do the work (whether this is screenshots, videos etc) before I release any payment to you. I need someone who is experienced with managing items such as in-app purchases, able to build clean codes to allow for changes later. This is an ongoing developing app and there will be more work later if job is done well. (Chinese Developers) I can read/write in Chinese if you need to clarify project requirement.
