Edit a simple image

I need some one to edit a simple banner. I need this work done within one hour. So if you can finish it within one hour then bid here. I have a image with four simple messages. I need someone to extract those messages from that image and place them inside a icon separately. Be sure to make them high resolution. My budget is $1 for this project.
