Affiliate Banner and Graphic Design

I am going to roll out an affiliate marketing program. This is the website: [login to view URL] I need graphic or affiliate marketing banners for 2 reasons: - (1)Banner place on my website to tell my website user/visitors of my website is having affiliate program and everyone can join/participate. - (2)Banner for my user(who enroll into the affiliate program) to use to promote the affiliate program. User will place these banners in their website. This require marketing concept of the product. I need a freelancer who is familiar with this kind of project - to design marketing material with correct messaging and concept. I will not provide messaging for you. Please design those marketing banner according to the topic and product of my website as well as the color scheme must match the website theme. Banner specification: For (1) - I need 2 images. ($20 per image) 540px x 367px 900px X 160px (Both should not be similar) For (2) - i need 5 images. ($15 per image) 728px x 90px 130px x 60px 300px x 250px 300px x 300px 120px x 600px (Can be similar) When the project is finished, I would like a .psd file for each image with the separate layers in case I need to edit something in the future. The finished files should also be saved in jpg and png so I can use them. I will become the sole owner of all files, artwork, copyrights, etc. once payment is sent. I also need those images in png and jpg format. If i satisfy the outcome of design i can give bonus on top of our agreed price. If I receive many bids from people who can do everything I need, the project will probably go to the lowest bidder. I also want to work with someone that will provide excellent customer service; this includes providing good communication and keeping me updated on the project, making revisions until every detail is perfect, and doesn't mind helping me and answering any questions I may have.
