263513 Feature sheets design graphics

Need a dozen feature sheets designed. Take these into consideration; -Feature sheets are for homes offered for sale -Neat design -Creative -different combination and designs, for agents to choose -try to keep the back ground white (not necessarily for all), if possible to keep printing cost low. -Will have one main photo of the house, 4-8 smaller pictures -space for agents picture and contact information -we will replace pictures with the actual property photos ourselves -feature sheet will have a headline, designer font. We will write the message -space for text to write the features of the property -color combination and layouts have to be excellent I am open to suggestions, ideas. This is a one hour job for savvy graphics designer... I will see 3 samples before picking a bidder. This project will lead to bigger jobs in the future.
