350210 In Design two color brochure

I need a brochure designed in InDesign (no other software will be accepted) . It is going to be printed using only 2 separate PMS spot colors so it needs to be designed with only 2 colors using duotones. It is a full bleed with a final size after trim of 11x17 inches. The actual size is little bigger than 11x17 inch to allow for the trim for the full bleed. This brochure needs to be in InDesign and only two colors or I will not be able to print it and I won't be able to pay. I have an example of the brochure that is in PhotoShop but it is in 4 colors. I can't print from this PhotoShop file because it is too many colors and I need it in InDesign. I won't be able to send you a text file so you'll need to retype the text. You can select the two colors that will be used based on what you think will look best. I'd like to have the brochure have the same look as the PhotoShop one I'm sending and it needs to have ALL of the same content. Feel free to copy this design because I want the same text emphasized, bolded, italicized, etc. Also, I'd like the images to have a similar look. I need to the brochure to be set up in the same manner to be printed as two-sided with six panels. It will be folded and mailed. The 2 pms colors will need to be specified for the printer. The brochure will be 2 sided, full bleed, and will be printed on 2 sides of 11x17 inch paper (final size). It will be tri-folded and mailed. I will send you the image for the front page like the example brochure This image will be used on the front page left panel and the front page middle panel. Please add a different image for the 2nd page like in the example brochure. You will need to find this image. On the 2nd page, I also attached a picture of the speaker that needs to be included on page 2 next to the speakers description. I have attached the example brochure to be copied, the image to be used in both places on the front page, and the logo (2 attachments...whichever is easier to us) to be used, and an image of the speaker for the middle of the 2nd page. I need this done very quickly. I will accept the bid before 9:00 PM today (US, central standard time) or earlier if possible. I would like a final draft to proof by 8:00 PM (US, Central standard time) on Sunday night. I need the final completed and sent to my printer and me or a link provided for download before Monday morning at 6:00 AM (USA, central standard time). Please send me a Scriptlance message confirming that you are proficient in InDesign and creating a 2-color brochure using duotones. Also confirm that you are experienced creating full-bleed brochures and that you have experience deisgning brochures to be printed by a professional printer. I also need confirmation that you have the skills to convert my image to a duotone image that will look good. Please clarify that you understand and can meet the deadlines I've set. I can put money in escrow when you accept.
