Need add admob mediation and more functions in android app

Need to add features in android app 1. Need to add admob mediation ads with facebook ads network. also need to place banner ads, interestial video ads. ( admob is already integrated) 2. Need to add in-app purchase.( and after purchase all ads should be removed) 3. Need to add a page where on that page user can see an image and a button with link. after click on that button link will open chrome browser. (image and link will be fetch from webserver so need to create api for this too) main thing In india page will be different and for other countries page will be different. And in another app need to add force to update feature + Auto notification user will see if they didn't use app 2-3 days continously my budget is very low. Only Rs5000 If you don't know integrate admob mediation with facebook network. then I can afford Rs4000 only. If anyone can do these jobs in my budget then only bid
