Russian speaking provider to Finish a small Tetris game that is already 90% complete,

Good knowledge of Action Script 3 is a must for this project! I have a small Flash Tetris game that was 90% comlete by another provider here, but that provider had to leave and couldn't complete the project. You may have to fix the code on the game, because there are some bugs in the game. You will also need to make some changes to the design of the game, meaning change the buttons so it will look more professional and etc.
