Flash and Image creation

Need very creative, artistic person to do this work. Need one Flash extended in size by < 10%. Need one image created from images included here and then a simple Flash pattern added. This should take a few hours at most. We have many other images and Flash that need similar work. This is a sample to help us locate good talent. No broken links or you will be eliminated. If you have questions let me know. To the winner I have more detailed images to select from. I need to see your portfolio and it should indicate what you did.
