Website design for small business

This project involves multiple languages, beginning with English and Spanish. Eventually, I would want to reach global markets. Please see my company profile. For each page (English and Spanish) I would like to include a separate type of link for each different type of service rendered, along with access to a portfolio sampling my previous work. The site should be simple in that there is no need for an extensive database, or search engine, or inventory, or shopping cart, or even photographs. I can be responsible for writing the text, though I would appreciate some direction with regard to this "keyword" business. I would like the graphics to be state-of-the-art, and visually appealing. I would also want the site to be readily accessible by popular US and Latin American search engines, and eventually beyond. Finally, the site should offer multiple online payment options (such as Paypal). Please send samples of previous work that you feel best matches my description.
