Requirements: 1. Provided excel file must only will works on 1 PC/Laptop, not even VM. Example, Mr. A has the excel file that were assigned to Laptop A, he can only use the excel on Laptop A, not any other PC/Laptop /google sheet/cloud 2. Excel file will have to login using email address and password as they open, and it will check ID status to hosting server for valid ID & password and Expiry date. For now, we're thinking just a text file or DB (MySQL) that hosted at web hosting, it reads for ID and date, any other better suggestion, are welcome, we're expecting more than 10 users for start, the list can grow bigger. Dual IP login at the same time will lock the access excel file. 3. All excel file will check local date and time via any NTP ip for the current date and time. 4. Once ID and current dates are met, then user will be able to work on the excel file. 5. If working on macro's, need to ensure user cant disable macro's or bypass it. 6. The excel file are worksheet protected, and it only allows certain cells to edit. Client must not able to copy out any details 7. Any other suggestion to protect the excel file are welcome, or we might add as we hit the milestones.
