Using an excel file and building a series of graphs via vlookup (or other excel functions) that will provide numerous graphical views of various data tables. **The Capture JPG is one table in which we graphs built from. I would like to build a pull down menu or create filters so the user can define which charge they want to look at. **The Capture2 JPG is the more complex table that we will need to look up various metrics associated with each line in that picture. **Capture3 are the requirements from which graphs to build from Capture JPG. **Capture4 is the table I need vlookup built. The yellow area are pull down boxes and once selected I need a vlookup to find that data in the table and pull back the right metrics in the table below. I would like to do a webex with the Freelancer to ensure requirements are understood. Overall it is not a complicated job for a skilled resource. It will take an hour or less for me to provide the requirements. We can make it an iterative process.
