Pro Excel User Needed

If work is impeccable by 12:00 AM Feb 1st, 2015 I will provide the $750. MUST BE PERFECT. Need: I have built the Excel Spreadsheets as I could. I now need an Excel Pro to input the final polishing. I need an Excel Pro to be able to do the following items proficiently: 1. Lock boxes so formulas cannot be changed. and allow user to input data in desired areas. With a password override. 2. To create accurate referencing between spreadsheets. 3. To create formulas so that desired results are obtained from the data. Background: I have a set of 8 sheets in a given excel spreadsheet in this case named "Monday's Report." I have a spreadsheet for each day, Monday through Sunday,all named respectively (hereforth known as "Daily Reports"). I then have a second spreadsheet named "A1 Reports" These A1 Reports reference the cells in the the Daily Reports. In addition, there a "Director of Operations" report on the Second Sheet of the A1 Reports, which references the the A1 Report. When looking at it, it is fairly self explanatory. What needs to reference what and the equations needed to formulate the spreadsheet correctly.
