I would rather describe the project in the first meeting. This project will initially be very simple but will become more complex as various concepts are proven. You must be in Phoenix AZ. I want to be able to meet with you in person. This is NOT an excel job even though it says that Excel skills are needed. I can actually do all the basic Excel work. I need a programmer to link the app that I want developed with the spreadsheet. Actually, the calculations could all be done within the app so excel may not even be needed. These are details that we will discuss when we meet.
