Create Macro Buttons for spreadsheet

We need some spreadsheet macro buttons to tidy up some auction data and convert it from excel to csv file. (We want to merge cells, remove unnecessary Rows & Columns , etc as per details below) The images and sample excel sheets are attached We need it to be completed within 2 days. 1) To begin with our excel data is shown in image 1 2) The Columns labelled DOB and Previous Owner currently occupy 2 columns each. At the moment we are manually removing the 2 unnecessary columns. We are also manually removing rows that have been copied from the original sheet that are irrelevant. Ie ( row36, row75,row76) We want to remove these rows and columns as part of the macro. 3) Following step 2, we copy the data and paste it to image2-sheet1. This then populates image 2-sheet 2 4) We then want a macro to work on image2-sheet2 that will do the following functions. 4A) Where the lot number is duplicated ( ie rows5+6) take the data from D6 and E6 and merge it with the data in D5 +E5. ( i.e. we only want to have one summary and one description for the 2 items that have the same lot number.) On this file there are only two lots duplicated with two items having the same lot number but there can be as many as ten items with the same lot number. 4B) Then we want to delete the rows from which the merged data has been taken and also delete the rows that have no lots. 5) Then we would like to save as a csv file which we can give a name too as we will have multiple different data sheets on the same day.
