Build a Microsoft Access Database and import our current data held in multiple spreadsheets. I need A need a series of speadsheets combined into one Microsoft Access Database file that can produce excel spreadsheets and PDf Files? for a wholesale business with about 150-200 products 1. Master database with all data for each product. (Plus an input formto add new products. I currently have 1. GS1 Bar Code spreadsheet. (Holds the; SKU, Product Description, GSI Raw Barcodes allocated to the company. Creates the product Barcode with Checkdigit, Plus Inner & Outer carton Barcodes from that GS1 barcode) Can be a sheet within Master above. Logic already done. Current list deliberately has gaps in numbers used in it. Need to be able to select one from the available list when setting up a new product. 2. Product Cost & Margins Spreadsheet.2 Creates Prices for products (eg RRP, Wholesale, plus 6 other price groups) based on a % of Landed Unit Cost. (landed unit cost based on carton cost units per carton and can have about 6 inputs (Unit Purchase price, freight, re-packaging, packing labour,labels, other) need to be able to enter what if margin % etc or fixed prices when entering or editing 3. Bar code Labels Database Ingredients, Nutrition panel, grams, contact details country of origin, image logo, etc details (about 33 fields each product) Needs to produce above as a stand alone Excel spreadsheet for label creating staff that dont have access to other data. 4. Product Price list spreadsheet Product details, price, rrp ,grams, product dimensions, innner box dimension, outer carton dimensions, units and layers per pallet etc. (needs to create stand alone spreadsheet to give to supermarkets to feed straight into their data base for any of 8 price groups.) Also needs to produce a PDF file as a Product/Price list for any of the 8 price groups above. 5. Amazon Vendor spreadsheet . A variation of 4 above to suit Amazon requirements. needs to be able to send this as a separate excel file.
