Lipreading Transcription Needed for Video Missing Sound

I am a transcriber of more than 15 years' experience. In addition, I have learnt some New Zealand Sign Language, which partly involves lip reading, as does all sign language that I am aware of. However, I am not an expert lip reader. I do have contacts with deaf people and could ask one of them to fill in the gaps of what I am able to transcribe. Would you be able to upload the videos so that I can get an idea of what is involved?

This seems like a very interesting challenge. Can I have a preview of the videos that you have at the moment? Perhaps more than just lip-reading I could actually try to make out what was being said by looking at the details in the video, such as the words displayed on the presentation. Surely the educator/speaker must be using PowerPoint slides or some other similar media to aid in their presentation as they speak. I have placed my bid at $50 here representing my approximate value of the difficulty and worth for this project, but do let me preview the videos so that I'll get back to you and requote my bid afterwards.
