DTW for Financial Time Series Analysis with different time lengths in R language

I need help with programming a code to do a time series analysis in search of patterns with DTW. Once clear if the two time series have similar trends (patterns), I want to make predictions using Granger Causality Test, to see if I can make sound predictions about the other market. This would be made exclusively with R. I have two time series with different length in time. I have extensive and much support material, and I can help with some tasks along the project as well.
