Spencer Health Solutions is searching for an Audio/Video Embedded Engineer for a short-term project (30-60 days). The ideal resource will have 3-5 years experience in the following:

*Experience with audio codes (VP8, H264, iSAC, PCMU) in embedded devices

*Experience with video and audio codec integration with Chromium browser

*Experience with Twilio video call performance tuning
