We have a client who upgraded their old laptop ( via a HD replacement) and installed/logged into their Mozilla ThunderBird account, and all the folders they created to sort & store eMails are gone or missing. Although they have an IMAP acct, they created all these folders on Mozilla itself, and cant find all the old eMails. We are looking for help to recover these folders & eMails and will be happy to pay.
