digital vehicle dashboard (RPI)

I am looking for the person who helps me to develop digital dashboard for old VW T2 baywindow vehicle. The main idea is to pretend original instruments (design). I belive there is no need to write a program "from the begining". I belive there are some opensource projects we can use as a startpoint. Like carberry, i.e. [login to view URL] As I am quite familiar with RPI - I thought maybe we can use it. But it is not a must, just an idea. There will be some analog inputs and also OBD information as the project vehicle has modern VW engine. I have no idea about hardware (ADC and so on) but I am good at programing and automotive industry. I will buy all necessary hardware. I am also able to build some simple hardware according to instructions. I will also provide graphical design of gauges/dashboard. I need somebody who understands a situation and will be able to lead me by hand :-) This is private project only for my need, no commercial idea.
