I specialises in power system protection and control and has carried out a number of protection studies to assess the performance of existing protection schemes applied in the GB transmission system (National Grid) to cater for low fault level conditions that can enable the system to adapt to future changes in the power networks.
I have a demonstrated work experience in power system protection, fault level and load flow studies using PowerFactory software both within university and power system consultants. I have delivered multiple deliverable report and protection studies reports to high profile clients such as UK National Grid, BP Georgia, international university students etc.
In addition, In depth knowledge and understanding of
• Physical relay injection, simulation and network modelling studies
• Power system protection schemes and especially overcurrent, distance, and differential relays.
