Objective - We want to use renewable power to produce hydrogen by water electrolysis method and then use H2 for green ammonia production by adding ASU (air separation unit) and other utilities in the process. Scope of work - We want to understand the energy economics of Green Ammonia production plant of 2200 MTPD production capacity. In the process flow we want to understand the following - Deliverables - 1. Detailed process flow diagram for green Ammonia production, showing each component in it. 2. Total Energy consumption for green ammonia production I. E. Kwh / MT of Green Ammonia. 3. Energy efficiency (best achievable) of each component used in process flow)?
