Electronics Engineer to design a TINY rechargeable battery supply & wireless charger receiver circuit

My current device uses 2 x 389 / SR1130W button batteries as a once-off / lifetime supply. These 2 batteries are connected IN-SERIES, so I assume they supply around 3V. I don't know about the current, but I assume, as the battery specs are 85mAh and they are wired in series, does that make them stay at 85mAh??? I don't know about all that stuff, hopefully you, as an Electronics Engineer, will know all that stuff. I want to replace these batteries with a wireless re-chargeable battery supply and need a complete design ready for me to make (or have made). Your design MUST be SAFE! If your design needs a circuit board, you'll need to supply me with all the required files, like BOM, Gerber {with fiducials}, NC Drill, ready for circuit board maker. The ONLY caveat is, this has to be as SMALL as possible in ALL dimensions and be able to be encased in a waterproof epoxy or resin once assembled.
