We Need PCB design and component choosing for a DC/DC module with UPS functionality used with industrial x86 pc board. Need Schematics, BOM, Manual and if needed OS drivers. PCB footprint and production cost is necessary. Battery should be either Li-Ion , Li-Po or LIFEPO4. You should be the expert. The battery must be small in size. We only require to have UPS backup power for a couple of minutes. Wanted specs. Not all 100% required, depending on difficult and cost. - Board size 75 x 50 mm. Height around 10 mm - Connectors should be molex type connectors or similar as the device will be mounted internally of final device. - USB, works with Windows 7/8 devices. Show up as battery Windows detects device as “Battery”, no special drivers required ** - Input DC between 11-24V - Programmable voltage thresholds - Generate any output voltage between 12-24V - Supports r Li-Ion , Li-Po,LiFePO4 battery chemistry - Battery Charging functionality - Safety mechanisms for charging We have found a suitable module already, but footprint of PCB is too large and module is unnecessary complicated. Also open to suggestion where to manufacture finished product. If you are a producer we will be happy to look at cooperation.

hi, I have a design experience in Power electronics. What is the output current? battery size depends on current . However if few minutes backup required than small battery such as used in quad-copters (or in mobile phones) can be used. What is the charging source 220v or 110 mains? regards
