OpenHAB-Binding for Bticino CLASSE 300 X13E (Eclipse SmartHome)

I need a OpenHAB-Binding for the Bticino CLASSE 300X13E, which is a Doorbell from Legrand, an Italian Electrician Supplier. In the best-case Scenario I would like to implement all "logical usable" OpenHAB-Channels into OpenHAB (to link them with Items).
