Create some vb.net code that takes a json string and combines it in a different elements

I have a serialized string that I will get from a data base in the following structure [{"name":"fromYear","value":"1998"}, {"name":"toYear","value":"2000"},{0"name":"position","value":"Fellow"},{"name":"department","value":"Division of Intramural Research"}, {"name":"positionOrganization","value":"National Institute of Drug Abuse"},{"name":"employmentCity","value":"Bethesda"}, {"name":"employmentState","value":""},{"name":"employmentCountry","value":""},{"name":"chbioPosition","value":"on"}, {"name":"add-employment-modal-recid","value":"236"}] and I need the vb.net code to read it and write it into 2 variables. One variable will combine yearFrom +-+ yearTo so it will be 1998 - 2000 the second variable will be position +',' + department + ',' +positionOrganization +', '+ employmentCity + ', ' + employmentState + ', ' + employmentCountry Sometime the data is missing so don't put a comma between element unless there is data there. I will take those two variables and insert them into the database. You do not need to worry about getting the data or sending the data. I will handle that. All I need it the vb.net code. I will run it in a desktop application Thanks- I need this done as soon as possible
