Write program to Display other programs in a grid on screen - writen in delphi

We want a user to have a program run on a big screen that would contain in it other preset programs let’s say the user sets up a grid of 4x6 and selects ProgramA to run in box 1 Program2 in box 2 and so on… ProgramA, ProgramB can be selected by Title or class name or EXE name. The program scans in the background if one of the programs is open and if found it gets a handle to it and resizes it to proper box Each program can also be set to hide the programs title bar and or minimize maximize and a caption to show above the program The program consists of 2 forms one the main form that has all the windows and the other one is the setup that the user can setup the grid layout and programs to run. All this can be done with Windows API The Displayer program is written in Delphi the other programs are third party programs. Once the third party programs becomes children of the displayer program they can’t be moved around (Maybe there is such a program around, will give you $25 if you find a program already written that is doing all of this, and cost less then 500) Don’t bid for this more than $300 and include the word blueMagic in your proposal
