I need to create an SQLite database from a Microsoft Word file. I will provide the tool for SQLite database editor. You only need to copy and paste from word to SQLite Editor. This is for making a quiz app. So it's content is Question, Choice1, Choice2, Choice3, Correct_Answer. Total of 530 questions approximately. And all questions should be provided in 4 languages. So you can think it will be 2120 questions around. Of course, each question will include below fields.
