I need a web app that will sort, wash and repair some contact data. In phase 1 the data source will a .csv file and in phase 2 the data will be extracted from a database via an API. The app should recognize common data errors, like incomplete email address, additional email addresses or syntax errors like additional spaces, commas etc. The output should be to a stand alone database.

I had already work with the .csv files, and I know to handle with the requirement you specified.
