See below for the current configurations.. See below for the current list selection in "AE" column list 1 Escalation Standby list 2 Standby list 3 Attend list 4 Absent list 5 N/A 1. Re-order The current order is different, so please get list organized as the above order. See below for the current Conditional Formula---Coloring in "AE" column. 1. Cutover Planned Status = Escalation Standby if the value in "AE" column cell is "list 4 Absent", then background color in "AE" column cell shall be slightest red, and if the value in "AE" column cell is NOT "Absent" (selected other than "Absent") then background color in "AE" column cell shall be slightest green. 2. Cutover Planned Status = Standby Same as 1 3. Cutover Planned Status = Attend if the value in the AE cell is "list 3 Attend", the AE background color is slightest green, and and if the value is NOT "Attend" then background color is slightest red. slightest red. 4. Cutover Planned Status = N/A Same as 1 5. Cutover Bridge Attendance = Absent if the value in the "Cutover Bridge Attendance" cell is list 4 Absent, AE background color is slightest red. Above rules are combined into 1 rule in each cell. Check boxes are required to be added in "AF" column, and they must be related to the existing list in "AE" column. See below for the details about how it works. 1. Add check box in "AE" column as new. 2. Configure as the followings. If check box in "AF" column is selected, then "Attended" shall be selected in "AE" column automatically. *Do not change any other existing rules or formulas.
