Put Questions from TXT File into an Excel Spreadsheet

I need to extract the questions and answers from a PDF book (I converted it to TXT as you find this easier to manipulate the text from) and place the questions with their corresponding answers in an excel spreadsheet. I attached an excel spreadsheet to illustrate how the information needs to be input into excel. I did the first 20 questions to illustrate how it should be done. Please note that the answers are in a section after the questions. Therefore, you must make sure to have each answer correspond with the correct question. You must also make sure to properly categorize each question by subject (there are six subjects – Constitutional Law; Contracts; Criminal Law; Evidence; Real Property; and Torts). There are an estimated 1,293 questions. The following fields in Excel must be completed for each of the 1,293 questions: QNum – the question number from the PDF book for that question Subject – there are six subjects – Constitutional Law; Contracts; Criminal Law; Evidence; Real Property; and Torts. The subject is at the beginning of each section (except for the PART TWO INTERMEDIATE QUESTIONS – these 200 questions do not have a defined subject) Question – this is the question. When multiple questions use the same fact pattern, you must put that common fact pattern for each of those questions. For example, for Questions 2-5 of the first section of the book, they are all based on the same fact pattern. Basically, The common fact pattern is repeated for each question and the question number is arranged appropriately. answerA – this is the (A) answer choice text (without the (A)) answerB – this is the (B) answer choice text (without the (B)) answerC – this is the (C) answer choice text (without the (C)) answerD – this is the (D) answer choice text (without the (D)) explanation – this is the answer explanation for that question (usually found at the end of the section). I don’t care about typos that exist (due to the conversion of the text from PDF to TXT). However, you must make sure that the Questions are complete, that the answer choices for each question correspond to that question, not another question, and that the answer explanation for that question corresponds with that question. This should be fairly easy for someone with scripting/macro experience. I will pay $30 for this project and it must be done within 3 days.
