Data mining for horse race prediction

Project: I have db field called handicap, I want to use this field and compare it against real racing results. The results fields are also in the db. I want a script made to see (how the handicap time performed against the winner) ( I also want to see how the fastest handicap time performs) --> check screenshots of expected outcomes These are the tasks! Thats only for 1 event, but the script will be able to detect all races in the db. 1st goal (for best handicap time within 200metre of race & within valid number of runners) --> provide % of winners 2nd goal (For winners, show what position the best handicap predicted within 200m of race *& within valid number of runners) --> provide table of position
