In a dictatorship, the intention can be solely that of a leader and the behaviour of the people can be demanded of them with brutal consequences if they do not comply.
Under some circumstances, this works, but its in for a cry from establishing anything that resemble resilience.
Resilient leadership that itself thrives over time and establishes reliant communications or organization or establishes in for a more complex, and has for more potential for longevity
When I use the term leadership, I am referring to resilient leadership.. I acknowledge that there are other definition and approaches, but (last line cannot be seen)
+ The intention or purpose must be truly shared. It cannot be solely the desire of the leader, but rather must fully engage and energize the community.
+ The qualities of resilient leadership must manifest everywhere. Throughout the enterprise. Everyone’s participation on some level of leadership.
+ The intention emerges from the community. This does not mean that the leader has no influence on authority. Ultimately, the leader must declare the intention and some members OF the community.
