Find Information from Websites

We are looking for a freelancer to help us develop a new charity and community group business listing website. We have a list of 190 community music and dance groups based in the UK. This is an old list and some data is missing, some groups no longer exist and some have changed their websites etc. Many of them are correct. We need the following tasks: 1. Information on the spread sheet checking 2. Any incorrect information updating. 3. Facebook and twitter adding where applicable and checking it 100% belongs to the correct group. No mistakes. 4. Any featured image on the companies/groups website saving to a folder under the name of the company or if more appropriate then logo saved. Choose only landscape images and check the format of other listings. 5. The short description of the group on the home page, about us or twitter page should be added. 6. This needs to be written in 'third person' for example: 'WE ARE' a community group based in Manchester, is changed to 'THEY are a community group based in Manchester'. 7. All data is then added to an online form, image uploaded and then submitted. 8. Excellent English and understanding of the project will be required. This will be tested. Once data is correct and the listing is added this is then marked green on the spread sheet. If the organization or group can not be found or is no longer in existence then it is marked red. Notes: If the website on the spread sheet is not correct this does not mean the group does not exists. A quick google search of the group name, location and the additional search terms 'samba', 'samba band', 'drumming group' should be used to establish if they have changed their site etc. There is LOTS of other work in data collection to be completed on this site. Should the work be of high quality additional work will be offered.
