Looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a solid knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft products to join our team as a part-time bookkeeper. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communications skills. Must be able to multi task. “Boutique” style work environment with modern office equipment everything with easy highway access. Experience required in the following: QuickBooks Bookkeeping Excel Word Responsibilities include: Data entry Accounts Payable Billing Accounts Receivable Bank Reconciliations Rental Property experience a plus Training would initially require working Monday-Friday. Once trained, hours are flexible (10-15 hours a week available). Make your own schedule. Compensation is based on experience. Please submit your resume and salary requirements.
