Create restaurant menus in Excel

I need to create about 100 menus in Excel. I am pulling the data from either a PDF file, an HTML web page or a JPG. Some are easier than others based on the format they are in and the size of the menu. I used [login to view URL] to scan in the PDF's and JPEGs to get them into text format to import into the excel spreadsheet but you could use whatever method you want. The HTML pages I just copied and pasted from my browser. Each spreadsheet has the columns : "Food Name", "Food Description", and "Price-1", "Price-2", "Price-3". I can pay $1 per menu, each menu should take about 20 minutes or maybe much faster if you are good with Excel. I would start with 10 menus for 10 dollars. See how you do, and then I will send you more. I have attached 3 examples of completed menus that I have already finished. The first restaurant is BWP. I used [login to view URL] to create an XLS file and then I arranged the data from there. Notice that I am also including Headings, Sub-Headings, and Sub-heading information on their own row (these obviously do not have prices or descriptions). An example of these is "Snack and Apps" or "Cold Italian Heros". The second example is Capputto's Pizzeria. I used their online menu located at [login to view URL] to create the excel spreadsheet. Also not that if there is only one price it goes into "Price-1". If there are 2 or 3 prices the highest price goes into Price-1 and the rest follow into Price-2 and Price-3. What is important is that you make sure to label them like I did in the "Draught" section of the BWP menu. See how I used 10oz /16oz / ABV. Or, if only one item has 2 prices for say "small" and "large" you can simply put the word "small" or "large" in front of the price. Like this: "small 3.00" "large 6.00". Notice the "half oz" I put next to "90" in the "15 Church" Menu. (wow that's an expensive 1/2 oz of booze btw!!!)
