Hi Client. I am a Data Scientist at a firm which works with patient level data. The last project I did here was very similar to the one you mention. We had to predict the customers who will churn [i.e. who will not be active in the next 6 months by using their selling trend from the last 6 months]. This type of analysis is done by building features which affect the customer to be a part of the sale. In the project I did we also studied the model to find the factors which are responsible for a customer churning out. I suppose this recent experience of mine in that project will help me structure this project for you. Apart from this, I would like to highlight my background in Applied Mathematics from IIT Roorkee which helps and supports me in doing Mathematical analysis. After modelling I will also do the analyse the reason for churn with the help of SHAP and LIME. These tools help us to understand the key focus of the model.
