I have worked in a customer service, lead generation and sales industry in a call center setting for almost 10 years. Here are the few companies I've worked with: Sprint, Boost Mobile, American Express, Nextel,Virgin Mobile, Vonage and Basic Talk. I also worked as an online sales support assisting and guiding customers to place and complete their purchase online. I am familiar with a lot of tools from a dialer software to several CRM platforms which would be of good use to make this project a success.
