Update About Us Page - From Concept (clean up) to Final Deliverable (integration)

We are looking for a fast and cost-effective solution to the following… We have a marketing (non-technical) team creating landing pages using tools such as Mobirise Website Builder. The first issue is the code that the Mobirise Website Builder generates is not that great. It is very bloated with unnecessary/unused CSS and JavaScript. (Source Attached) This is a two step project. *** STEP 1 *** Choose either A) or B). Whichever is faster and/or easier for you. A) Replicate the attached design concept to create a cleaner version with low HTML/CSS/JS to text ratio - (scrolling page with sections, backgrounds, text, images, use of parallax, etc.) - OR - B) Clean up the attached design concept code to remove all unnecessary/unused HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Functionality should not be impacted by the clean-up. This should result in a very clean low HTML/CSS/JS to text ratio. Only keep what is needed for the page to render and function as original code. For example, the use of bootstrap is not a requirement. It's what Mobirise leveraged, but can be removed, if not needed, to remove bloat. *** STEP 2 *** Integrate the above code version (option a or b) from Step 1 into this page ([login to view URL]) - this page can be downloaded by simply using a browser's save as feature. The <H1> title and five paragraphs of text need to be removed and replaced with the new design concept (sections, backgrounds, text, images, parallax, etc.) The new design HTML/CSS/JS needs to function in cooperation with the existing HTML/CSS/JS on [login to view URL] There is currently overlapping / conflicting CSS/JS that needs to be sorted out in order for the page to render properly. We do not have a hard deadline for this project, but we would obviously like it done ASAP. We are testing out candidates for ongoing work using this project as a test. Some initial questions: Which option would you prefer to move forward with? a. Clean up existing Mobirise generated HTML/CSS/JS b. Recreate with new HTML/CSS/JS We do not have a preference on option a or b. We simply want to maintain the look and functionality of the current Mobirise generated code. Until we have an updated web design for [login to view URL] (future project), we are forced to work within the limitations of the current design, HTML, CSS, and JS. a. The About us page ([login to view URL]) we want to update is limited to 1200px width. i. Do you see any issues with integrating option a or b into this page? ii. Can you ensure that the HTML, CSS, JS will function properly and not conflict with the existing HTML, CSS, and JS on the About us page? What do you need, if anything, to begin? How much time (hours/days) would you estimate this project would take start to finish? How would you deliver the final product? How many revisions would you support? a.
