We need a sharp design for a phone application. We specialize in Health and Fitness Software. This app will be a companion for www.ExerciseProLive.com. We will be doing all backend and javascript work here and we need someone to create the HTML and CSS for the application. Before we accept any contractor we would like to see a sample of your work and please mock out your design for the 2nd page in the PDF (the page with all the icons in the center). The attached PDF is all of the HTML pages we will need for the project. The default width should be 320 but the application should look good on all phones and tablets. The header in the application is designed to show our customers logo and contact information. The logo may be different color schemes and shapes so the design needs to take that into account. Please feel free to contact us with questions. A successful project will result in more work of a similar nature.
