Hi Doni, I would recommend using a free reporting tool like PowerBI. We could load the data into the cloud and have the dashboard available via web browser. After that, you would only have to upload the spreadsheets whenever you want to update the data. A more complete solution (but more expensive) would be to have you contractors update their progress on a web page, so we would get rid of the whole Excel gathering process.
