looking for crowdfunding expert

I am looking for crowdfunding or fund raiser expert to raise fund for my project with below criteria, 1. This project is to arrange crowdfund of approx 3k USD. - Its for personal debt relief cause 2. The campaign to be created by freelancer only. 3. Budget of the project is 400 USD. 4. Freelancer has to generate atleast 500 usd fund and after that only I will make 50 USD initial p-ayment to start the project for remaining amount. Remaining 350 usd to be provided to the freelancer after completing the project and once I received the fund from the campaign 5. I am open to give promotion charges also but all promotion charges to be paid once the project ends successfully. 6. Freelancer can send custom offer of 50 USD after reaching goal of 500 usd fund but it should contain all above terms and conditions in details. REMEMBER - If no fund raised I wont accept the delivery of the project. 7. Total fund (3k USD) to be arranged in max of 10 days time. Deadline is 1st Nov 2020 please dont waste both of our's time, response if you really expert on this and agreed on the terms mentioned above
