I need a specialiozed video-editor developer c++

Hi! I have some experience with Image Processing. For the German company I work (Stratec AG) I have developed a barcode detector for images. For my previous employer, Siemens, I have worked on a research project that uses the NDFT to convert raw data into MRI scans. On this platform I've been doing pretty much CUDA projects.
