We are currently using UIAutomatedElements in a C# class that retrieves active URL from most famous browsers. It works actually well in general terms but the problem we have is that method seems to be slow and in some computers our application gets frozen. We are looking for the best method to perform this action, even in c# or c++. It is important if it is a c++ class that you provide a c# project to consume the class.
