Custom Software for Remove Applications like CCleaner

I would like a software in c++/qt for remove others softwares installed on computer. Per example i would like to desinstall all softwares that have in the name some keyword like, "chair" or "infor" or other keyword. Desinstall this softwares also clean all registers from the same on computer. It needs to work in 2 modes. The first is to run the software open a screen and have a button to click clear, and thus uninstall all software that is already in the predefined list of keywords, and at the end show a report of the software that has been uninstalled. And the second mode is simply to run invisibly without showing anything to anyone. Need working from windows 7 versions. in x86 and x32 bits.
