Virtual Assistant/Business Development

Position: Executive Virtual Assistant and Business Development Manager What you will get: -Salary Position (30 hours of work weekly), Please bid based on an annual salary. Responsibilities: We are in need of a virtual assistant (VA) who is available to work on projects 30 hours on a consistent basis. The position will be available 12/25/2007. This is position is extermely challenging as well as rewarding position and will require a strong ongoing commitment from the first day onwards. The candidate will act as a consultant to my corporation and perform a broad range of interesting tasks. We are a growing professional services firm specializing in entertainment and advertisements. The services that the VA will assist my firm will include business plans creation, finding advertisers and suitable advertising space, industry analysis (competitors/market size/target market, etc), marketing (website/business cards/brochures),customer surveys and strategic planning. We will provide detailed instructions on each project but will also require the successful candidate to be able to think and independently. Promotions and bonuses are possible and will be evaluated based on the quality of the work produced. Evaluations will be performed semi-annually. Please ensure you take the time to make your proposal as detailed as possible. -The candidate must have excellent Project Managment skills and excellent written and spoken English skills -The candidate should have the ability to write business plans -The candidate must have the ability to use Microsoft Office -The candidate must be detail oriented and be able to meet deadlines -The job is only open to one individual and work cannot be subsourced. General Job Activities: -Data Entry -Helping find clients -Detailed tracking and accountability for hours worked -Copywriting -Market Research -Buisness Development Requirements: -A degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience -A resume and cover page for the job -The ability to manage time effectively -Strong ability to meet project time requirements -Provide several references that can be contacted by phone and e-mail **-High English proficiency written and verbal -Be able to interface with our clients and partners via phone and email with the utmost professionalism Assets: -The ability to talk over Skype and communicate live -Work availability during Eastern Standard Time 8am to 4pm Upon Acceptance: -Sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and NCA (Non-Compete Agreement) -Work for a two week probationary period (you are guaranteed payment both weeks)
