Hi I would be very interested doing this project for you. I am a freelance PA based in the UK, my native language is English. I work for a number of clients, covering a broad spectrum of industry, I have a solid PA, and administrative background gained working at Board Level in various companies. I have advanced knowledge of MS Office and I am used to working to deadlines. I realise you would like a provider who has experience in transcribing audio media I have extensive experience in this field over 20 years preparing documents such as tenders, sponsorship documentation, contracts, reports and interviews gained whilst working as PA to some of my current clients. These audio files were long in some instances, needed accuracy, and a very strong attention to detail. Accents are not a problem I have experienced a variety of accents. If anything is inaudible, I will timestamp. I have experience in proof reading and currently have a review on GAF for proof reading. I charge $1 per page for proof reading. For transcribing audio media files, I use Express Scribe with a foot pedal. My hourly rate per audio hour of tape is quoted as $35 or 0.58 cents per audio minute. I am very good at transcribing and provide a cost effective service. I can be contacted easily and never turn down work as I am in business and need to earn. Current WPM 85, but accuracy is key so with difficult audio files this may be less. I can turn around a 1 hour audio file in 24 hours easily. I can supply references on request from current clients.
