70 meta description tags and keywords for articles I have already wrote

Hi, I have 70 articles and I need a meta description and keywords wrote for each article. The description and keywords will be put onto the article so it will just be the text (and commas for keywords) For the meta description The english must be correct? include the article title at least once and have related words in there.
