Help with my Computer/Laptop/Device

I have Adobe Acrobat and want to get updates, have it READ to me (It works in Safari) or show me another, better system for PDFs, and do many other, software-complex things, like editing. I also want to get the right next computer FOR ME. Don't fake it, please. Person must understand social media work, too, as I need to change the web company (?) where my website is and to manipulate what I have; I do pretty well, had a course or two in computers. I am a grandmothter who lives with her husband who has taught at Sacramento City College for thirty years, and visiting sons. So, a younger person who is very verbal and facile with everything I've mentioned and more (How to videotape myself speaking...) is fine. Could bring a parent! I am extremely accepting of everyone, and I am a Bernie Sanders volunteer. I know a lot about global warming. Please tell me about your training; a past project or two; and about YOU.
