Perfex CRM Customization

Hello, I need to Intergrate the system like this I CONTRACTS MAKER MODULES : Majestic_document_generator to PERFEX CRM. So that there are 3 group of user: 1) template maker user: they can make new contract templates. 2) common user. THese people can INPUT the information (including text, number and may be upload image). They input customer inform, input PROPERTY.(this protery SIMILAR to ITEMS menu) THESE user only have choose customer, choose the PROPERTY, choose the CONTRACT TYPE, imput some value like contracts value to make the contracts proposal> export to PDF fille to print 3) approve users. THey can approve the drafts make buy groups 2 to make these draft become OFFICIAL. This system shoud auto GENERATE the contract number, proposal name. so that it easdy to be searched again. II COMMISION SALARY MODULE II. THE COMMISSON AND SALARY SYSTEM. our system is multi-stage system. - The Argent earns -commision from % the price have sale . - Reward when they reach the number of sales. -earn when every argent they hire and can reward if the argent they hire earn money. - The argent can become the manage if they hire for example 5 argent and every argent they hire also sale some product. The Company will make he/she be come a manager. -When the argent become manager , he/she also earn from his/she sale and also from the amount of the total sale of his team. The system should have the funtion: - the argent can view his sale, commission and salary of his own for month, years. - The manager can view his sale, commion, salary of his own and his TEAM for year/ month FIRST WE NEED MODULE 1. AND MAYbe module 2 if the price is ok. Thank you
